More Bang For Your Buck

Psst ... eBay shoppers, did you know that shopping on eBay could get you a whole lot more than you bargained for?

A while back someone bought some computer hard drives on eBay and hit the jackpot!

Computer hard drive sold on eBay 'had details of top secret U.S. missile defence system'.

Seems that they not only acquired: Test launch procedures for the ground to air missile defence system, used to shoot down scud missiles.

They also got the bonus of:

* U.S. security policies

* Blueprints of facilities

* Personal information on employees - including social security numbers

* Bank account details, plus a whole lot more. The list is too long to mention here. But read the article, it will probably make your hair stand on end. Now who needs a good thriller movie when we have a reality like this?

May the Lord bless you, and may He protect us from ourselves.

Here We Go Again

Remember the Christmas gift certificates for murder back in November? Here's a new one for you:

I am both shocked & saddened by the latest campaign from Planned Parenthood. Shocked because of their latest "Mother's Day" promotion ~ if you donate to planned parenthood, they will send a card to your mother telling her what you've done. I don't know about your mother, but mine would be on the phone to me in a heartbeat reading me the riot act. It would make my childhood spankings pale in comparison. My thinking is, why in the world would a mother who chose to give you life be proud of you for promoting death?!

Another shocker ~ their latest spokesperson for this event is Judy Blume. Ms. Blume is one of the leading children's writers around the world. She has been acclaimed for her family-friendly children's books; and children everywhere have grown up reading books by Judy Blume. Read her quotes in Lifenews.com:

"Children's Author Judy Blume Seeks Donations to Planned Parenthood Abortion Biz"

There is a link in the article where you can email Ms. Blume. Please drop her a line. She probably won't read them all, but the sheer numbers will remind her that the need of her books will no longer be necessary due to the decline of young readers in the coming years.

Why does this stuff continue to shock me? Probably because of the off-handed and crass ways they continue to promote death.

I was reading that in Montana the courts are trying to force doctors to committing murder. If I person/patient choses to end their life, the doctor is obligated to help them. If this trend catches on, how many doctors and hospital staff will chose to leave the profession rather than willingly commit murder? I suspect there will be plenty that don't have a problem with it. After all, look at how many doctors are willing performing abortions nationwide now.

Surely God can't be pleased with all of this, or with our silent acceptance of it.

May the Lord bless you.
